As Francis of Assisi wrote, “All the darkness in the world cannot extinguish the light of a single candle.” That reminds us of Jesus, the light of the world, who also calls His followers the light of the world, as we strive to leave the darkness and live God’s way. As Troy shares with us, Jesus has planted the fertile power of His light in each one of us who belongs to Him, and He expects to see an appropriate harvest.
