Troy discusses the seventh commandment (“You shall not commit adultery”) and the best way to obey the command: focus on our marriages and how we can change ourselves and demonstrate unconditional love. We can also remember to be content, even thankful, for what we have, instead of being resentful over what we don’t have. Of course, Jesus raises the bar and tells us that people who look lustfully have already committed adultery in their hearts. God wants us to keep our bodies and our minds from being unfaithful.
